Gizmo Project is a VoIP software (voice over IP) that enables you to communicate with voice messages to any person anywhere in the world. It uses the Internet connection to call another computer, talk with a microphone and listen through the speakers.
It includes an option in which, through Google Maps, it is possible to locate the location of the ISP that the other party connects to.
You can call land lines and mobile phones by paying a small amount. You can also receive calls from mobiles, but most importantly, calls from Gizmo to Gizmo are free.
