This is MediaCoder a totally free, open source audio and video converter with a friendly interface and enviable ease of use.
MediaCoder supports the majority of video compression formats and includes functional filtering features.
On the audio side, this application can transcode files, transfer labels, generate archive names and filter audio on the fly.
This excellent software supports the following format sources:
• Audio: MP3, OGG/Vorbis, AAC, MusePack, WMA, RealAudio, FLAC, WavPack, APE/APL, WAV
